iSentry - History and Corporate Info

iSentry was formed in 2004 as a result of a merger between the division of iLumin Software Services that included the patented Digitial Handshake and the software development arms of some of iLumin's clients within the financial, legal and healthcare sectors.

In 2005 iSentry entered into a patnership with Wolters Kluwer who license the DCX product range on an exclusive basis in the financial sector in North America and market the product as SDX. This partnership was extended for a further five years in 2010.

iSentry also supplies DCX to a major US Bank.

iSentry Group, the holding company is privately owned.

All iSentry products are underpinned by the Digital Handshake (US Patent #6,671,805).
