Digital Content Exchange
What is Digital Content Exchange?
iSentry's Digital Content Exchange (DCX) is a SAS70 certified Software-As-A-Service based, secure email platform that allows organisations and individuals to seamlessly deliver and exchange confidential information
over the Internet. DCX employs industry-leading security, including PKI
encryption and multi-level user authentication, to keep communications safe at
every step of the process.
DCX was designed specifically for the financial industry to address legislative
requirements in the USA, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and Real
Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Robust tracking, auditing, and
reporting capabilities allow the status of messages and documents
to be checked at any time making it suitable for regulated industries or sectors
worldwide.
With Digital Content Exchange, organisations can securely and compliantly move large volumes of data with security and control, dramatically reducing the cost of traditional mail, fax, printing and courier services. Supported by comprehensive tracking and tamper sealing capabilities, Digital Content Exchange is the perfect solution for the secure delivery of confidential document packages, intellectual property, patient records, and other sensitive communications.
Digital Content Exchange is used today by both consumer and business facing organisations and provides 24x7 confidential package deliveries all over the world.
Need to send package to someone now, then try our DCX, we will even let you try it for free.
Web Based Delivery: DCX is a Web based delivery allowing you to send/receive packages using your standard web browser. There is no client side software required and you can be running in minutes.
Web Services:
enables the institutions to extend their compliance reach.
DCX includes a robust set of Web Service calls allowing
organisations or
third party software suppliers to tie existing systems (LOS etc) directly
into DCX with minimal effort. DCX Web Services are wired into some of the world's
largest financial companies allowing them to extend their compliance reach
beyond their corporate boundaries. Extensive Java, Flex and .NET example clients
are available to help speed integration.
Direct Delivery: DCX can also support direct
delivery of any messages to or from your own mail server. Where requested the system will attempt to communicate directly in an encrypted secured manner with your native email environment, allowing your internal users to continue to use Notes or Exchange based solutions as needed. If encrypted links aren't possible then the message
can only be viewed within the secured web interface.
DCX Capture: DCX can also install a virtual printer on your PC
allowing you to send almost any file to DCX via the web services. The files can
be sent in their native form, or converted to PDF. Additional
info can be added in if needed including challenge questions, request to sign, and a host of
other data relating to business workflow. For example
Wolters Kluwer clients make extensive us of their branded version
SDX Capture, which is heavily
tailored to the US mortgage markets.
eSigning: DCX supports full digital signing for one or more signers. This allows delivery
of packages securely and with a signed acknowledgment from the
recipient that they accepted the content. The signed response is fully tamper
sealed within DCX just like all other packages but it contains the clients own
digital signature (Click/Pin or even Certificate) too. eSigning is more than
just a click-sign, DCX also supports configurable terms and conditions
ensuring that clients accept use of the site prior to signing
documentation. DCX also automatically reminds signers on a timed basis and
expires packages that go past their sign-by data. DCX eSigning is powered by the
iSentry Digital Handshake (US Patent #6,671,805). Try our Multisign example to see this in action.
