DCX eSigninig
What is DCX eSigning?
DCX supports full digital signing enabling a legally eSigned
response. In addition to the usual DCX tamper seal the package will also contain a
digital signature which is also applied to any valid
PDF attachment. But
eSigning is more than just a click-sign, as DCX supports
additional security,
reminders and
escalations in addition to a fully configurable
eConsent (UETA) to ensure that
your client accepts use of the site prior to signing.
E-AFFIDAVIT
DCX includes support for web forms and in addition to simply signing a package it is also possible to collect
additional information from an end user. The relevant data is injected into a PDF template within the package
and the user is then invited to electronically sign the package resulting in a PDF with all the content, with a
representation of the client’s signature, with a timestamp and a fully legal digital signature. The most common
current application to leverage this functionality relates to disputed credit and debit card claims where DCX is
used in the production of E-AFFIDAVITS. This enables banks and their customers to achieve the level of security
needed to rapidly settle claims and quickly refund disputed amounts. In addition the resulting digitally signed
output from DCX is compliant with both the Visa and Mastercard document standards which allows for the E-AFFIDAVITS
to pushed directly to those organisations by the bank concerned.
COMPLEX SIGNING SUPPORT
DCX supports complex signing workflow allowing the system to collect multiple
signatures before returning the completed and signed documentation back to the
original sender. Try our Multisign example to see this in action.
